Our MOQ is one 20 ft container, which fits roughly 18 to 20 tons of coconut shell charcoal briquettes depending on packaging. You can scale up to 40 ft containers and consolidated multi-container shipments. Our production network supports up to 25+ containers per month as the partnership grows.
Default shipping term is FOB Surabaya or FOB Semarang. CIF is available on request for most major ports worldwide. We handle booking, customs paperwork, and forwarder communication on your behalf.

Yes. We can send photo and video documentation immediately, and ship physical samples of the grade and shape you want by courier. Sample lead time is typically 5 to 10 working days.
Four grades: Super Premium Shisha (7,500 kcal/kg, ash under 2%), Premium Shisha (7,200 to 7,500 kcal/kg), Medium Shisha (6,800 to 7,200 kcal/kg), and Premium BBQ (6,500 to 6,800 kcal/kg). Each is matched to a market positioning: lounge, premium retail, economy retail, and grilling.
Standard shapes are hexa (25 mm), cube (25 mm), hexa flower, and rectangle (key). Custom shapes are available on request for branded private label production.
